Freight Forwarding Job Specialist

Jochen joined adi Consult GmbH as managing partner in 2001 and expanded the network together with Klaus within Germany and the Americas since then.

Jochen was born 1954 in Germany and after completing his MBA he started his career with Schenker. He held various management positions in sales, ocean freight and projects in Latin America before taking up new challenges in the UK.

In the mid eighties Jochen returned to Germany and continued his career in the airfreight organization of Schenker.

In 1991 he was promoted to Manager of Schenker Germany’s airfreight organization were he lead a team of 350 people to achieve and maintain the number one position in this market for several years.

Jochen then joined the German management team of an American global logistics company as executive VP Airfreight and Director Central Region.

As of March 1st, 2012 Jochen has relinquished his position as managing partner and continues to work with adi as Freelance Partner.
